COMMERCIAL PROPERTY "MATCHMAKER" Specializing in sales and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties for more than 30 years. With a broad knowledge of construction dating back to the 1970's, it was inevitable that real estate would become a passion as well as a career. During the late 1980's, Donna was instrumental in the development of the first condominium industrial warehouses to be built in New York State. Donna was then licensed as a Realtor and began selling and managing the property. Over the course of time, Donna has handled many deals with major Fortune 500 companies as well as the local mom and pop businesses. Each one was just as important to her, regardless of the size of the deal. "It is the people who you work for that are your accomplishments", states Donna. Donna is a licensed associate broker in both New York and New Jersey. She grew up and lived in Rockland County for more than 30 years before moving to Bergen County. While in Rockland she was a member of the RBA and the Builders Association as well as an active member of Sacred Heart Parish in Suffern, NY. In 1993, she married and moved to Ramsey, NJ where she raised two daughters and a son. She was active in the Ramsey Golf & Country Club as well as IHA Parents Club and St. Paul's Parish. Donna currently resides in Allendale, NJ. Her knowledge of Bergen and Rockland counties are huge.
