Don is a graduate of Duquesne University in Marketing & Communication, and is a licensed real estate Agent. Don was part of the team that brought KW Commerical to the Pittsburgh market in 2012. His experience in leasing & sales with KW, plus management & development experience with Colony Holding, lends him the ability to lead Colony Holding as its Partner, head of new development and leasing. Don has successfully negotiated over 50 retail leases, including tenants such as Petland, PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Painting with a Twist, as well as multiple Planet Fitness leases.
