Donald Lydon

Donald Lydon started in commercial real estate in 1987 joining the Ostendorf-Morris Co, (OM) the Midwest largest Brokerage company. While at OM, Don represented some of Cleveland’s largest suburban and downtown office complexes including Great Northern Corp Center. (250,000 SF), Westpoint Corporate Center (115,000 SF), Erieview Tower (1,000,000 SF) and the Standard Building (300,000 SF) where he completed leases with several national companies including The Glidden Corp., Delta Airlines, Lever Brothers, GMAC and United Airlines. Don has also represented Dow Chemical, Motorola, Quadax, Bryant & Stratton, The Hartford and CNA Insurance. After 7 years on the with OM, Don was recruited by the Zaremba Management Company. to direct their Commercial Properties division where he would go on to develop, construct, manage and lease an $80M portfolio, consisting of over 1 million square feet of office, industrial and medical properties. Don also owns a construction management company and is a licensed Broker in Florida. He enjoys his 4 grandchildren, competitive slalom water skiing and golf.
