Don Pasek

Don Pasek, CIPS, TRC, ePro, is the owner and designated managing broker of Omniterra Real Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage and consulting firm. Mr. Pasek founded the company in 2004 to serve Chicago’s real estate investor community. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), he counts among his clients many foreign-born individuals, and has assisted them in the purchase and development of various types of real estate, especially residential multi-unit and mixed-use properties. He assists U.S. clients with investments in Central and Eastern Europe, and is Transnational Referral Certified (TRC). Mr. Pasek also works with foreign nationals who invest in U.S. real estate. As a founding member and former Chair of the Global Real Estate Council of the Chicago Association of REALTORS, Mr. Pasek has welcomed to Chicago numerous trade missions from every corner of the world. As a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS Global Real Estate Council, Mr. Pasek has received multiple trade missions from across the globe, introducing their members to U.S. real estate business practices. Currently, Mr. Pasek serves as the President’s Liaison to the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago.
