Over the last 20 years Don has built businesses in Sales Training and Consulting with Fortune 500 Companies, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial and Wholesale Mortgage Banking. Managing Broker RIO Real Estate and Managing Member its Maintenance and HVAC Subsidiaries employ over 100 employees and Manage over 140 properties totaling 2,000 apartment units and 1,750,000 sf of office, retail and light industrial space.
