Dixie Divine is the Corporate Broker of Record, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founding Principal of Prime Commercial, Inc. With more than 32 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Divine has personally completed thousands of retail lease and sale transactions totaling nearly 1 billion in gross revenue for her clients. She is known for her unparalleled experience specializing in owner/landlord representation with a focus on leasing, investment sales, marketing, and contract negotiations for community, entertainment, neighborhood and strip retail shopping centers throughout Northern California and Nevada. Dixie is dedicated to creating value and wealth for her clients by utilizing her strong negotiating skills, market knowledge, cutting edge marketing, and superior service. Prior to founding Prime Commercial, Inc. with her business partner, Doug Ferrari, Dixie had worked with such notable commercial real estate firms as CB Commercial, BT Commercial, Meacham/Oppenheimer and Centers Business Management. Dixie’s list of clients includes The Irvine Company, PacTrust Holdings, Hudson Pacific Properties, Grosvenor International, Harmonie Park Development, Duckett-Wilson Development Company, Barry Swenson Builders, Equity Office, The Alamo Group, Equity One and Sequoia Management Group, just to name a few. Dixie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Northern California ICSC Planning Committee, a member of the Silicon Valley Brokers Association, a CoStar Power Broker consistently since 2006, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is the Corporate Officer and Broker of Record for Prime Commercial, Inc.
