ABOUT

The Cross Roads team was started by Dino’s mom in 1997 after she moved here from Knoxville, Tennessee to sell real estate and hang out with her grandkids. Dino joined his mother in 2003, and then his wife Catherine came on board in 2005. Mom passed away in 2008 and that is when Catherine and Dino took over her business. As Principal Brokers for Exit Rocky Top Realty, they take their business very personally. They have a strong faith-based belief as Christians and feel that they should prove our faith through their actions and not words. They also believe in treating people as they would want to be treated and that they all work very hard for what they have, so each client deserves their undivided attention and is equally important. Dino also takes great pride as a Tennessean proving that neighbors take care of neighbors. They have lived on Dale Hollow Lake for 24 years and know the Upper Cumberland area very well. They take pride in listening to their clients and finding that dream property they want. Many clients are not aware of what it takes to get electricity, water and a road to their land. These costs in some cases can cost just as much as a higher-priced property that would have it all. They really want everyone to have a good experience when they buy in their area.
