Dickie Vaughn

Dickie Vaughn specializes in real estate sales, site selection, leasing, and tenant representation. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a management degree from Troy State University, he spent twenty-two years active duty in the United States Navy during which time he was awarded three Navy Commendation Medals and a Navy Achievement Medal. His commercial real estate career began at Market Land Company in Nashville where he was a leasing agent focused on retail centers. After ten years with Market Land, he associated with Colliers International doing leasing, land sales, and tenant representation. With over twenty-two years of commercial real estate experience, Dickie has cultivated a list of tenants/clients including Domino's Pizza, Krustaceans Seafood, Banfield Veterinarian Clinics, and Blue Pearl Pet Hospitals. Dickie and his wife of 42 years are both native Nashvillians.
