Dick Myers has over twelve years experience in the real estate industry specializing in tenant representation and project leasing for retail/office projects, as well as sales of investment properties and land. Prior to entering the real estate business, he spent over 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry. Myers was top producer in his first year at the Kim Martin Company in 2000 and later joined the Trammel Crow Company where he negotiated the sale of the 106,000 SF Neil P. Anderson building in downtown Fort Worth for a residential condominium conversion. He has successfully negotiated an extensive amount of lease and sale transactions in both Tarrant and Parker Counties. Myers joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Kelly, Geren & Searcy in 2005 and is a 1975 graduate of Texas Tech University. He serves on several local charities including The American Cancer Associations “Cowtown Ball”, The Fort Worth Stockshow & Rodeo, and the American Campfire Association.
