Dick Licciardi is carrying out a family tradition with his involvement in real estate. His grandfather was a residential broker, his father was a builder-developer and he is a commercial broker. Dick is a sales and leasing specialist who likes the challenge of putting the client into exactly the right space. He believes in making his clients advocates of his services and therefore, he will search and search until the perfect fit is found - matching client to space. While there are many brokers who handle commercial real estate, a much smaller group actually owns and/or manages their own properties. Dick and his family own four commercial properties in Colorado Springs - ranging from warehouse to retail to office use. In his spare time, he and his wife manage them as well, establishing a personal relationship with each tenant. A Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, Dick still practices the Marine Corps motto: "Always faithful". His education consists of degrees in journalism, communications and Asian Studies. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Dick had a career in radio and television broadcasting, owned a San Diego-based advertising and public relations agency and owned the largest senior newspaper in the U.S. His hobbies are pickleball and shooting. He is married to Nancy and they have a 37-year-old son and two grandsons.
