Started real estate career in 1973. Began specializing in commercial sales and leasing in 1981 when approached by The Flagg Group to manage their commercial division. Joined Van Eaton & Romero, Realtors as commercial sales manager in 1989. In December 2012 Van Eaton & Romero merged with Latter & Blum. In December 2017 Latter & Blum purchased Coldwell Banker Pelican with the residential agents operating under Van Eaton & Romero and the commercial agents operating under NAI Latter & Blum. Served two terms as chairman of the Commercial Committee of the Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA). Served as President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Realtor Association of Acadiana for 2010. Thoroughly familiar with the Acadiana area commercial market. Works closely with area Planning and Zoning Departments and Economic Development agencies.
