As Associate Broker of CBRE, DeWitt Blundon is responsible for supporting the Company’s Real Estate service delivery in West Virginia. With over fifteen years of real estate experience, Mr. Blundon has represented a multitude of companies in the formulation and execution of their real estate acquisition and disposition strategies, including such companies as Sportmart, Inc., West Virginia’s largest private sporting goods retailer, where he acted as the principal in the formulation of Sportmart’s real estate planning and execution strategies. Mr. Blundon’s extensive experience also includes consulting and the representation of the Hamilton Corporation, Mountaineer Scrapbooking, Stryker Prosthetics, and the Sky Lounge, where he provided expertise in site evaluation and selection. Mr. Blundon’s office was also intricately involved with the leasing of high visibility retail centers around West Virginia including the Fayette Square Shopping Center in Oak Hill, the Putnam Village Shopping Center in Hurricane, and the Middletown Mall in Fairmont, and is the exclusive leasing agent for the Kanawha Plaza in Charleston. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Blundon consulted with and advised Old Colony Co., West Virginia’s largest real estate company, overseeing and developing their commercial real estate division.
