Devin Khoury

Devin is a native of Missoula, MT specializing in commercial and residential real estate in Western Montana. With strong local ties, Devin brings together local businesses and his clients to provide a fast, simple, and professional experience for every buyer or seller. His goal for every client is to provide exceptional service. A thorough knowledge of the local market makes Devin a great resource for one of life’s biggest decisions. Educated at the University of Washington and a Presidential Scholar recipient for the University of Montana (2003), Devin majored in Business Management and Pre-Medical studies. Realizing Missoula is where he wanted to be, he came back home to finish his studies at UM. He operated part of his family construction company for many years, and for the past 15 years has turned his attention fully to real estate and investment properties; owning, developing, buying and selling a multitude of properties. Devin has been an owner of PureWest Christie's International Real Estate since 2016. The company is constantly one of the most productive real estate companies in Montana with over 155 agents in 18 offices around that state. Currently, Devin has earned his Broker certification, GRI designation, and has been certified in 1031 Exchange, as a Luxury Specialist for Christie's International Real Estate, and in Short Sale Specialty. Children and Charity are large parts of Devin's passion, and he's active in helping financially and with the board for Montana Down Syndrome Association (MT DSA), and supports Opportunity Resources, Inc of Missoula. He also currently assists with lower-income housing options, and has held positions on the American Heart Association board of directors, served as President/Chairman for the Lambros Community Foundation, donates a portion of every sale to charity, and has family ties to Watson Children's Shelter. An avid outdoorsman, Devin enjoys hunting and fishing in Western Montana with friends and family, as well as skiing and snowboarding. Athletics have also consumed a large part of Devin’s life, competing and finishing the Coeur d’Alene Iron Man Triathlon. He spent limited time playing soccer for the Washington Huskies and the Seattle Sounders Select before returning to Missoula. A State Champion in Montana AA Boys’ Basketball, Devin’s alma mater Missoula Big Sky High still holds a special place with him. In 2013, Devin won a Montana handball state championship and currently still enjoys trail running and golfing throughout Western Montana.
