Derrick Chartier
Derrick is a co-founder and Principal of Capital Commercial. In 1987, he started his career at Chartier & Associates Inc. and was later the president of its CBRE Winnipeg office. Derrick has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial purchasing, sales and leasing agreements, and sales, leasing, development, investment sales, and consulting for public, private and government agencies. He’s represented and completed transactions for retailers, owners, and landlords across Canada. Among Derrick’s accomplishments; he is Cabela’s national broker, assisting with its real estate transactions across Canada, and was instrumental in negotiating the deal to bring IKEA to Winnipeg and in leasing the remaining 80 acres of Seasons of Tuxedo in Winnipeg.
