Derek Tucker

Scope of Services Experience: Derek Tucker is an accomplished and innovative Real Estate Professional whose career is characterized by aggressive yet thoughtful negotiating techniques. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman in 2005, Derek was a Vice President at Equis Corporation (UGL and today Cushman) where he worked on corporate assignments though out North America. His dogged determination has earned him a reputation for hard work, diligence and professionalism. Derek’s primary focus has been Office brokerage in the Northwest Suburban and O’Hare submarkets of Chicago. Over his 28 year period, he has represented thousands of tenants in 45 states on the analysis, renewal, restructure/expansion, and relocation of their corporate office facilities. In 2006, Derek opened and staffed the first NAI Hiffman office in NW Indiana. During his first 3 years, Hiffman expanded their Indiana coverage by over 5,000,000sf of Industrial, office, retail and land development and listing contracts. Over the past ten years ,Derek has focused primarily on retail tenant rep projects through out the US. Working for both franchisees and Private Equity groups.
