Derek Bromstead

Derek is Wiseman Commercial’s Leasing and Transactions Manager, assisting the Chief Business Development Officer to oversee day-to-day leasing and third-party brokerage transactions. Prior to his role at Wiseman, Derek’s served in several entrepreneurial and management roles in the hospitality industry, managing buildings, and construction. He also recently managed restaurant operations at a large brewery and previously managed consulting and business operations for Oracle’s Hospitality Global Business Unit. Early in his career, Derek worked in the high-tech consulting industry where he managed multi-million-dollar sales territories, and was responsible for the Market Development, Staffing, and P&L of significant enterprise accounts. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Northern Illinois University. He also is a licensed real estate sales associate in California. Besides generating business for Wiseman, Derek enjoys time with his wife and four children, playing Pickleball and golf, and taking in the beautiful California outdoors.
