Dennis Someck

Dennis Someck is an Executive Managing Director and Principal in the office brokerage division of Lee & Associates’ New York office. Mr. Someck joined Lee & Associates eight years ago, and is a 38-year commercial real estate industry veteran who specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space. Some of his most notable clients include Vitech Systems Group, The Marwood Group, US Imaging, Zero Point Zero Productions, Seaport Global Holdings, Anna Sui Corporation, ClassPass, The Muse, Hello Alfred, Grailed, and HelloFresh. Mr. Someck holds a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in sociology from San Diego University, and is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He received the Circle of Excellence award in 2016, 2017, and 2019, honoring him for being the highest producing office broker for Lee & Associates nationwide.
