Dennis comes to DGNY Commercial from Cushman & Wakefield, and NAI Long Island. Dennis brings over 25 years of real estate experience specializing in retail sales and leasing and land development. Along with a proven track record in commercial real estate, Dennis is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser/FHA approved, specializing in high-end properties ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Dennis’ clients range from local landlords/retailers to corporations such as General Motors, First National Bank of Long Island, Shop Rite, Citi Mortgage, Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., DSW, Quick Check, 7-11, AT&T, and T-Mobile. He is also the exclusive broker for Brightview Senior Living and Izumi Hibachi & Sushi. Dennis holds memberships in the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS-LI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a CoStar Power Broker recipient.
