Dennis Hurley, SIOR

Dennis serves as Managing Director and a co-leader for the Raleigh-Durham agency leasing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. His strength is strategic planning, developing relationships and executing transactions that are critical to building owners. In addition, he plays an integral part in overseeing the growth and development of the firm’s Raleigh agency leasing portfolio. Dennis has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the Raleigh Durham market in almost every facet of the industry. During that last 20 years at Cushman and Wakefield, he and Hillman Duncan formed the Agency leasing team and due to their production have been selected as Power Brokers by Co-Star since 2000. Prior to Cushman and Wakefield Dennis was a Principal at Colliers Pinkard, the predecessor to Cassidy Turley company, which led to a merger with DTZ and the ultimate sale to Cushman & Wakefield. Dennis moved with the Agency Leasing team to JLL in the fall of 2019.
