Dennis Griffin

Dennis secializes in Investment Sales, Apartment Sales and Small Commercial Buildings. He has extensive knowledge and experience in development of residential properties and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Professional Background Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Dennis received a General Contractors license in 1968 and began building custom homes in Southern California. He has developed and built over 200 homes in the Bay Area, as well as developed and sold two mobile home parks in the Central Valley. Dennis established a real estate franchise that comprised of five offices with 100 agents. In 1989 Dennis established a real estate appraisal company specializing in SBA commercial loans and established a building control for small lenders throughout the Bay Area.
