Dennis Greer

Dennis Greer, is a 55 year resident of the Antelope Valley, CA, in the northern portion of Los Angeles County. Greer has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial – A Hartwig Company for the past 39 years and has served on numerous Greater Antelope Valley Board of Realtors committees, including Government Relations. Greer has also served as a Commissioner, on Lancaster's Criminal Justice Commission. Greer specializes in agricultural land sales and leasing, commercial and industrial sales and leasing, as well as acreage of all classifications for development, including wind and solar renewable energy projects. Greer has represented some of the largest agribusiness concerns in the State of California negotiating the leasing, purchase and sale of ranch and other agribusiness properties. Beginning in 2015 Greer has handled several large transactions involving agricultural packing, shipping, distribution and cold storage facilities for conversion to indoor cannabis cultivation, extraction, and manufacturing.
