Dennis started his real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 2012. After several years of strong performance, he was invited to join CBRE in February of 2016. Mr. Drake has closed approximately $400,000,000 in hotel transactions, helping to make CBRE a market leader in Texas and surrounding states. Over the course of closing over 80 hotels in the last few years, Dennis has accumulated a wealth of experience in coordinating every aspect of a hotel transaction from negotiations to working with lenders and franchises to make the process as seamless as possible for clients.
