Dennis Allan

Dennis has degrees from Chico State University (BS, Agriculture Business ’72) and Pepperdine University (MBA ’85). Upon graduation from Chico State, he worked for an agriculture lending company for 15 years, most recently as President/CEO. Dennis, a real estate broker, was originally licensed in the middle 1980s and has the GRI, CRS, CRB, and SRES designations. Dennis served as President of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors® in 1998, 2002, and 2009. Dennis and Margaret Allan (a real estate broker since 1979) have owned and operated Allan Real Estate Investments since 1991. They have five children and eleven grandchildren. Dennis and Margaret own a 500-acre ranch in the Huasna Valley of Arroyo Grande and operate a cow/calf operation. Dennis has been playing racquetball regularly for over 40 years.
