I am a seasoned commercial real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the Florida real estate market. Throughout my career in real estate, I have established strong relationships with national and regional landlords, brokers, and tenants. Prior to Joining Katz, I was Vice President of Leasing and Sales at Fimiani Development where I focused on national and regional tenant and landlord representation. Before that, I was Director of Leasing with Terranova Corporation and spent some time at Stiles Realty where I was nominated CoStar Power Broker of the Year. I was responsible for leasing and marketing a portfolio of over 800,000 square feet in Palm Beach and Broward County to some of the most recognized national retail and restaurant companies such as; Costco, Target, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Best Buy, Michael’s, Room to Go, Outback, Carrabba’s, Starbuck’s, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Arby’s, Golden Corral, Bank Atlantic, and Citibank. In addition, I was instrumental in the land sale and leasing of a 350,000-square-foot power center, which was 95% leased at the completion of construction.
