Deni S. Alvarez is the President of The DSA Team at Luxe Properties LLC, a full-service real estate firm, based in Miami FL. With over 15 years in the Banking and Investment field, Deni formerly worked at Bank of America, Del Monte Fresh, and John Hancock Financial Services advising clients on real estate and investments. He has executive experience in structuring debt for commercial real estate transactions and is currently focused on representing buyers and sellers of commercial properties in South Florida. Mr. Alvarez attended the University of Miami where he obtained an Executive M.B.A. and was an active Senator for the Graduate Student Association. He also graduated from the University of South Florida and Florida International University where he obtained a B.A. in Finance. Deni is the former President of the Pi Kappa Alpha – Zeta Pi chapter at the University of South Florida. Outside of his profession, Mr. Alvarez also volunteers at the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter.
