Demond Sutton

Demond started out his real estate career in 2006, just before the Great Recession. One year later, he was introduced to CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and furthered his real estate education in the world of Commercial Real Estate to completion in 2009. Gaining experience throughout the recession, Demond picked up an additional skillset in the Real Estate Development world assisting client on several various projects, that led him to several years on the West Coast in California to complete Real Estate Development courses through ULI (Urban Land Institute). Demond has worked several spaces of real estate sells, investment properties, and the real estate development side. Working with Demond is working with somebody who is always building to get to the next level.
