Declan Flaherty

Declan Flaherty joined the JDA team in 2023 as a Leasing Specialist and quickly advanced to the role of Leasing and Community Manager. In this capacity, Declan oversees all leasing and marketing activities for JDA’s diverse portfolio, including Mission 50, The Lexington, and the Hoboken Business Center. Declan is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants, ensuring the properties remain highly visible across various listing platforms and leveraging the latest technology to maximize outreach. His proactive approach has been instrumental in maintaining high occupancy rates and generating significant leasing revenue. Declan holds the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), highlighting his commitment to professional excellence in property management. With his dynamic energy and engaging personality, Declan continues to drive leasing success and looks forward to a promising future with JDA Group.
