Debra Ramey

Debra opened the TSCG Virginia office in 1990. She has been in the commercial real estate business since 1975. Debra has served as Virginia State Director for ICSC and has her CSM and CMD designation. Debra’s passion is making Deals and helping others get deals done. Debra is the operating partner and manages and supervises the agents in the Virginia Division. She divides her focus on retail tenant representation, landlord representation, and strategic site development. She works with retailers such as Costco, Home Depot, Michaels, ULTA, and Rainbow. Debra works extensively with Landlords to help them add value to their centers.
