Debra McTaggart

Debra McTaggart has a diverse real estate background with over 20 years of real estate experience. Initially licensed in 1977 and consistently a Top producer year after year. She then moved to Arizona in 1981 where she decided to start a real estate development company and acted as general partner for various investment groups. She developed numerous commercial projects for apprx 8 years throughout the Phoenix metro area with projects in Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe, AZ. The projects ranged in size from 23,000 square feet to over 90,000 sq feet with 200,000 square feet under construction in her busiest year. The projects she developed were commercial office, retail, an auto mall and a mini storage facility. She later moved outside the US for a number of years expanding her experience. Upon returning to the United States in 2013 she obtained her license again in CA and Has been with Coldwell Banker since that time to the present.
