Deborah Perry

Deborah Perry has over thirty five years of experience in development, Investment sales, Leasing, Tenant and Landlord representation for Commercial properties. Ms. Perry’s real estate career began in 1983 as a broker in Nevada. When she joined Reininga Corporation as a property manager and leasing specialist for their Nevada portfolio. During that time, Ms. Perry completed her Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designations and her (CLS) Certified Leasing Specialist (1985) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 1986 she became a founding partner of Commercial Property Services (CPS) in Reno, Nevada. CPS specialized in Sales, development, leasing, and management of retail properties. Before CPS sold its third-party management accounts in 1994, the company managed over 1.7 million square feet of commercial space. Deborah has been a Broker with Colliers in the Bay Area since 2000 and is now focused on Retail Investment sales, NNN sales and Large Box Leasing.
