Debbie Weatherby

After working in commercial real estate at Lat Purser & Associates from 1980 to 1981, Debbie received her real estate license in 1983. She worked in office and retail leasing and property management as a partner at Ken Weatherby & Associates in North Carolina from 1987 to 2003. Debbie found a great opportunity for growth in her real estate career and relocated to York County in South Carolina, in 2002. She joined The Tuttle Company as Senior Vice President/Broker specializing in land acquisition and investment real estate in 2007. Debbie continues to specialize in land acquisition with apartment and residential developers and commercial land sales. She has received numerous awards over the past 8 years from the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors, recognizing her success in sales and lease production. Debbie has served as the York County Regional Director for the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors since 2014 and is Vice President Elect for the Execute Board for 2021. Debbie and her husband, Mark, live in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their Golden Retriever, Millie. She has two daughters, Anthony and Bradleigh; 4 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter.
