Debbie Evans

Debbie is a licensed agent in North and South Carolina with 30 years of real estate experience and her top priority is to help her clients make their dreams come true. Her knowledge of the community, passion for real estate and dedication to ensuring her clients have a positive experience have made her one of the top sales agents in the area throughout her career. To better serve her clients in an ever changing market, she earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) of the National Association of REALTORS. Her clients can be confident that she has years of knowledge and experience as well as expertise in new laws, professional standards and procedures. She is proud to have served as Past-President and Treasurer of the Laurinburg Board of REALTORS. As a Laurinburg native, Debbie values the community and strives to make it a great place to live by serving and volunteering with various organizations. She served on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors for 13 years and is currently serving on the Finance Committee. She has also volunteered with the Red Cross and Parks and Recreation for many years as well as at her church, Cross Pointe Church. When she’s not working on making her client’s dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, two children and three grandchildren. They enjoy taking cruises, camping, the beach, the mountains and watching NASCAR races.
