Manage the financial operations of the Church and their related entities which include The LaSalle Foundation, Near North Unity Program and Cornerstone Children's Learning Center. Manage staff, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, payroll, tax filings, financial analytics, budgeting, financial statement preparation, consolidations, auditor collaboration and board presentations. Implemented reporting for budget evaluation and adherence resulting in a 15% decrease in expenses. Manage the Cornerstone Center which leases space to not for profits. Oversees space availability, lease negotiation and preparation. Building is now 100% leased. Supervise facilities and grounds maintenance, manage facilities staff. Develop long term and short term capital improvement plans for the Church and the Cornerstone Center. Manage implementation of maintenance and capital improvements.
