Deanna Lobinsky is the Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Fort Lauderdale-based Agency Leasing team. A 29-year veteran in the industry, Ms. Lobinsky has leased more than 5 million square feet of office space in more than 360 transactions. She has advised clients on nearly $1 billion in total lease consideration and prides herself on her proven track record with clients, respect established among her peers and her sterling reputation. She currently oversees the leasing of approximately 3.5 million square feet of office space in Broward County, including New York Life Investors, Foundry Commercial, Torburn Partners, Fifteen Group, and Bridge Investment Group.
