Deane Stokes, Jr., SIOR, serves as Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Atlanta office. Deane has been in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years, with a long track record of success in representing office and industrial tenants on both a local and national level. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Deane was Principal and Founder of iCore Commercial, a corporate “occupier only” real estate advisory company streamlining management of leased property portfolios from small to mid-cap companies with multiple locations across the country. Deane was responsible for securing the portfolio of a fortune 100 baking company with over 700 locations across the U.S. and achieved over $1 million in savings over the first year of managing that account. Deane began his career in 1992 as a Commercial Leasing Agent with King Industrial Realty, Inc./CORFAC Int’l for two years. Following, Deane worked on an Industrial Properties Group at Grubb & Ellis. Deane specialized in assisting office and industrial tenants with all their expansion and relocation needs. In 1994, Deane transitioned to become President of Metropolitan Realty Associates, Inc. Founded in 1992, it was one of the first firms in Atlanta focusing exclusively on tenant representation. Deane was responsible for analyzing tenant’s real estate portfolios, recommending and implementing strategies to increase facility efficiency and decrease occupancy cost. Deane is an individual member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, SIOR.
