Dean Willmore, SIOR

Dean Willmore, SIOR is an Executive Vice President with CBRE in the Las Vegas market, serving industrial clients in landlord and tenant representation, as well as clients looking to buy or sell in the sector. Dean has the experience of an expert and demonstrated proficiencies in site selection, finance, facilities planning, build-to-suit development, and lease and sale negotiations of industrial properties. Dean recently joined CBRE in April of 2021. Prior to this, he was with Colliers International specializing in industrial brokerage, providing a spectrum of services for his clients. With over 41 years of experience in commercial real estate, 30 of which have been as a real estate agent and broker in Las Vegas, Dean has brokered over 2,840 office and industrial transactions valued over $1.42 billion. Prior to joining Colliers, Dean served as President of IPG Commercial Real Estate Services for 15 years, before the office became a Prudential Commercial RE affiliate in 2007. Before his experience with IPG Commercial, he was with Dermody Properties and the Estes Company as a Project Development Manager, completing build-to-suit facilities for companies like Memorex, Garret AiResearch, Husky Nozzel Corporation and Office Club—also completing over 500,000 sq. ft. of speculative industrial space. In addition, Dean actively supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Muscular Dystrophy Organizations. He has also participated in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and the Links for Life Foundation.
