He is the Managing Member of The Small Multifamily Group., Hunter is the author of The Triple Net Investor: The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Net Lease Properties. He studied political science at American University and is a graduate of Howard University School of Law. He is a Member of The DC Probate Center.
