Dean Darrus

Dean is a successful entrepreneur whose derived his passion for real estate over the course of three decades. Prior to formulating the launch of APP with his long-time colleagues, Dean co-founded and managed over 75 wireless retail locations throughout the United States as well as wholesale distribution companies. After he and his partners sold their wireless business portfolio, Dean turned his sights squarely on the real estate industry. His ability to recognize good commercial real estate is an asset that has transferred well to his role at APP. Dean now oversees leasing and brokerage processes for APP, bringing a strong business and operations acumen that inspires confidence from tenants and owners alike. Dean is a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area and possesses an innate understanding of the geographical landscape and maintains a significant pool of resources he draws upon to provide his clients with superior property management and real estate services. Dean holds a managing broker designation in the State of Illinois.
