Dax Benkendorfer

Dax Benkendorfer serves as Senior Leasing Associate with the office and industrial leasing divisions of Live Oak where he is focused on procuring lease transactions, tenant retention and business development. Since joining Live Oak in 2018, Dax has completed 220 transactions totaling more than 1,060,000 square feet. Dax joined Live Oak full time after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. His prior experience includes an internship at Live Oak in the summer of 2016 and 2017 while attending the University of Texas at Austin.
