Dawn Pagel
A 25+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry; Dawn began her career performing tenant representation on behalf of numerous national tenants across the country. Dawn has been with Smart Centres for the past seventeen years and as Director of Leasing for Western Canada she is directly responsible for the leasing of more than 30 shopping centres stretching from Manitoba to British Columbia. As a result of working for a national developer; Dawn is plugged into both local and national retail trends. She is well respected within the industry for the strong relationships she has built with both tenants and brokers across the country and is recognized as a hard worker whose extensive experience enables her to problem solve and provide creative solutions to even the most challenging lease negotiations.
