Dawn joined Divaris Real Estate in September 2021. Dawn offers a wide range of experience representing Landlords and Tenants, Buyers and Sellers in negotiating all property types including office, industrial, retail, land, and investment sales. Prior to joining Divaris,Real Estate, Dawn began her career with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer focusing on industrial transactions over a career that has spanned over thirty years. Dawn has distinguished herself as an accomplished owner representative and expert in industrial leasing, sales and tenant representation with her decades of continuous active involvement representing some of Richmond’s largest Class A warehouse distribution and office warehouse “flex” centers, and closing in excess of $350 million of commercial real estate. She was honored by GRACRE in two separate awards in her handling of the leasing of 226,000 SF to the GSA (US Army) and “Best Industrial Lease” for 133,000 SF at the Richmond Distribution Center. Her client’s served include Devon USA, Weingarten, PNC Realty Advisors, Temperpack Technologies and Larkspur Properties. Dawn’s strength is building long term relationships and providing exceptional service. Her persistence, commitment and hard work is recognized by her clients that have been loyal to her for years.
