Dawn Arnold

Dawn grew up in Metropolis, IL and attended Western Kentucky University on a Women’s Golf Scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, she went on to earn a Master’s Degree and her Kentucky Real Estate license. She moved back to Paducah in 2015 and hit the ground running in the real state business. Her intimate knowledge of this area and experiences, gave her enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home! Dawn began her career working for the late Mike Falconite, one of Paducah’s and the TriState area’s largest and most well-respected developers. Dawn joined Falconite Development Group in December 2015 as their Marketing Specialist. Two years later, she became their Principal Broker. From Falconite to Arnold Realty Group, Dawn has been able to build her career by welcoming 150+ new businesses into commercial spaces in the area and selling many residential homes. As she began Arnold Realty Group in May 2019, Dawn carried on those relationships made and works diligently for her clients, while upholding the highest ethical standards.
