Davon Peters

Davon J. Peters immigrated to Crown Heights, Brooklyn, from St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 1989. Upon graduating High School and while attending college, Davon began working at United Parcel Service (UPS) as a seasonal worker. He quickly moved up to operational supervisor at UPS. Davon spent eight years at UPS before simultaneously launching his real estate career. After three years of working both jobs, Davon leaped into real estate full-time and has not looked back. Mr. Peters has facilitated numerous lease and sale transactions throughout Brooklyn and Queens while specializing in helping community-based organizations and retail tenants meet their real estate needs. His most notable clientele includes Flushing Saving Bank, AHRC, Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizen Center, TWU Local 100, Capital One Bank, Brooklyn Industries, NetCost Supermarket, Urban Resource Institute, and many private and non-profit businesses. Mr. Peters is known for his creative ability to keenly examine a transaction and find innovative solutions to satisfy all parties. His strategy aims to protect his client’s short-term goals while maximizing long-term success. He attributes these skills to his upbringing, which focused on education, working hard, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Peters holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College. He anticipates earning his BBA in Real Estate Development from Baruch College in the near future. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and dog. He enjoys hiking with his family, listening to records, tinkering with new technology, cooking, visiting museums, and riding his bike.
