Born and raised in Central New York, David graduated from Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls and studied business at SUNY Potsdam. From an early age, David has had a love for sales. His entrepreneurial skills started at age 9 when he would “borrow” vegetables from his parents’ garden and sell them at “Dave’s Veggies” from his front lawn. This was only the beginning of what would become a long and lucrative sales career, however, his passion for selling vegetables was short-lived! In 2002 David got his Real Estate license and quickly became known as one of the youngest, most successful agents in the region, representing some of the largest firms in New York. Throughout his career, David mastered the residential market as well as complex commercial sales & leasing. His experience and background in property management has allowed him to market his company statewide. His extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate provides clients with incredible insight of both residential and commercial building & land values throughout New York State. In 2012, David opened The Young Agency – a full service real estate and management firm that provided exemplary levels of service and affordable commissions. Expansion to Canandaigua and Geneva soon followed. In late 2022, David led his team to a partnership with RE/MAX, the #1 name in real estate. Servicing over 110 countries/territories by way of 7,000 offices, the fit couldn't have been more perfect. In early 2023 The Young Agency converted to RE/MAX Revolution where a new and exciting chapter of his career began. David and his team have continued to thrive in the markets in which they serve.
