David Wittenauer

David has been involved in commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage for over 20 years. Throughout his long career, David has participated in hundreds of transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He has developed, redeveloped, and acquired property throughout the Midwest region while always specializing on the St. Louis and Central/Southern Illinois markets. David's brokerage experience includes retail, office, land and multifamily. This wide ranging experience has served David and his clients well and continues to be one of his most valuable assets at Wittenauer Properties. As President, David is responsible for overseeing all of Wittenauer Properties' development, acquisition, investment, and brokerage activities
