Dave Wells is a fourth generation real estate professional specializing in commercial real estate development, sales and leasing. His great-grandfather, grandfather and father were all real estate developers and contractors. Mr. Wells is a native of Eureka, Ca, graduating from Eureka High School and then Stanford University. He is a licensed real estate broker. He has strong ties to national real estate companies: REIT's, private equity companies, and Tenant-in-Common sponsors; bringing special investing opportunities to the local level.
