David VenHorst

David Ven Horst, Partner and Co-Founder of Tenant Advisors, Inc., began his commercial real estate career in 1986. David has provided real estate brokerage and advisory services to a myriad of clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to forming Tenant Advisors, Inc. in 2004, David was a First Vice President at CBRE. David currently sits on the boards of the Chicago Education Project and the Schaumburg Business Association. David attended Augustana College and graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accounting. He earned his CPA designation in 1983. David currently lives in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife, Barb, and three children, Kate, Alex and Jack.
