David Thomas

David, Executive Director at The Blau & Berg Company, is responsible for real estate negotiations as well as landlord and tenant relationships. David has been with The Blau & Berg Company since 2006. David’s focal point has been the transportation industry along the turnpike pertaining to warehouse/distribution and manufacturing facilities as well as land development and inner city redevelopment. His integrity, enthusiasm, and persistence are a great benefit to our company, while gaining experience in all phases of real estate negotiations, cost analyses, and landlord/tenant relationships. David was involved in the transportation industry for 22 years before becoming a member of The Blau & Berg Company. He has extensive experience in management, contract negotiations and payroll obligations. He was responsible for over 130 employees underneath him at the United Parcel Service with a 98% effective quality performance review.
