David Thomann joined Cushman and Wakefield’s Urban Boston leasing group in 2021 with a focus on helping life science and technology companies grow and think strategically about their real estate needs. David spent three and a half years working at T3 Advisors as a tenant representation broker where he specialized in advising biotech/technology executives with their real estate needs. David assists companies of all stages in their lifecycle, from a startup looking for their first office to a global company establishing their Boston headquarters.
