David Stifelman

David Stifelman is a Senior Managing Director with JLL’s Parsippany office. He is responsible for new business development and agency leasing in New Jersey and tenant representation services globally. Mr. Stifelman has nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the New York metropolitan area and has developed expertise in all aspects of the industry, including leasing, investment sales and advisory services. He has represented several Fortune 500 financial and technology companies as well as a number of institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office buildings and land sites. Stifelman has completed more than 200 real estate transactions with an aggregate value of in excess of $2 billion in the United States and globally. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University in Finance & Economics and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New Jersey. In 2011, David won the CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Office Leasing Broker and Top Sales Broker in the Northern New Jersey Market. In 1998 and 2007, he was awarded the prestigious C&W New York Area Silver Production award.
